I have a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science from Queensland University of Technology and a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University. I have recently moved from Redcliffe Queensland to Launceston and am very excited to join the Body Connect Team!
Becoming an EP has opened my eyes to the power of the human spirit and what a person can achieve! Working in a clinical setting has encouraged me to look beyond a persons’ age or disability by listening to them and finding out what drives them, their needs, their goals, and how best to work with the individual to find unique ways to help support them and achieve their goals.
I am passionate about helping individuals feel better and do things that they didn’t think possible, as well as helping them maintain their independence for as long as possible. I am particularly interested in neurological conditions such as Stroke and Parkinson’s Disease, as well as amputees.
