Nicole is a qualified counsellor who is passionate about supporting adults through complex life transitions, with a focus on helping clients reconnect with their personal blueprint including core values and internal resources. Her clinical practice Blueprint on the Bay Counselling is grounded in an evidence-based, person-centred approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-based strategies. She works with adults who are navigating transitions that can deeply impact identity - including menopause, retirement, post-natal depression, adjusting to life in a new country, or facing an ‘empty nest’ after children have left home. She also supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic illness, fatigue and the often unseen challenges that can weigh heavily over time. Nicole's goal is to help clients regain a sense of agency and meaning, guiding them back to a place of stability and purpose. Known for her naturally empathic and authentic approach, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and values interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure holistic and integrated care. Nicole has earned a Diploma in Counselling and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). She is a level 1 member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
