I am a trauma informed and compassionate Registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience. My purpose is to walk alongside you and empower you during your journey of healing. I use multiple tools to support this journey such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and individual tools specific to your needs. Clients describe my style as positive & warm.
