Emily is a Senior Psychologist at the Bondi Psychology Clinic. Emily is a warm, collaborative and authentic psychologist who works with adults across the lifespan. She has a special interest in supporting young adults (ages 16–25) and older adults (65+). Emily brings over 15 years of experience to her role as Senior Psychologist. She is skilled in treating a wide range of presentations such as depression, anxiety (panic, social anxiety, OCD, GAD), trauma and complex trauma, stress-related conditions, grief, self-esteem issues, and caregiving stress. She has expertise treating clients with more complex difficulties including bipolar disorder and psychosis. Emily is LGBTQIA+ affirming and places high value on creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space for clients from diverse backgrounds. Emily welcomes referrals for short-term focused therapy and longer-term treatment. Emily draws on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) for bipolar disorders, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to individual needs. She is also a Board-approved supervisor and has extensive experience providing clinical supervision to intern and early career psychologists. Mr Ben Caunt

Ben opened the Bondi Psychology Clinic in 2013. He specialises in providing behavioural and mindfulness-based therapies for adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Along with his masters degree in clinical psychology, Ben has completed training in a number of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. He is devoted to providing an approachable and flexible therapy experience by tailoring treatments to meet peoples' personal goals and needs. Ben is also a certified yoga teacher and has published research on understanding the causes of long-lasting happiness. He draws on his knowledge of mindfulness and yoga philosophy to help people to understand their strengths, improve self-awareness and increase their sense of fulfilment. Ben offers individual therapy, group programs, and provides clinical supervision to other psychologists.
