He is an Australian-registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner with a clinical focus on acupuncture-based care. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Internal Medicine and a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he received extensive training in both traditional theory and clinical practice.
Prior to practising in Australia, He worked at the Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a major tertiary teaching hospital in China. He brings 17 years of hands-on clinical experience, particularly in supporting patients with pain, neurological conditions and long-term functional concerns.
He’s approach centres on individualised assessment and treatment, using acupuncture as the primary modality and incorporating Chinese medicine principles and rehabilitation-informed care to support recovery, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Tsai obtained her internship and clinical experiences at hospitals in Beijing, Nanjing, Taiwan and Australia. With over 15 years of Chinese medicine clinical practice experience, Tsai has a special interest in the area of cough, hayfever, allergic rhinitis, eczema, headache, migraine, facial paralysis, insomnia, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, menopausal syndrome, depression, arthritis, obesity, weight management, stomach indigestion and other diseases. In addition, she has also studied the use of acupuncture to remove wrinkles.
