1. Booking Confirmation: The use of sauna, cold plunge pool, hot spa, and outdoor shower facilities at Become. Wellness Hub ("the Venue") is exclusively for individuals who have made a confirmed booking within the designated duration.

2. Booking Duration: Each booking grants access to the specified facilities for the duration agreed upon at the time of booking. Any extension of the booking period is subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Additional Guest Policy: Should you wish to include one other person in your session, please notify the Venue at the time of booking. Additional guests must adhere to these terms and conditions.

4. Unsupervised Usage: Become. Wellness Hub is an unsupervised facility. Users are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being while utilising the sauna, cold plunge pool, hot spa, and outdoor shower facilities.

5. Liability Waiver: The Venue does not assume liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred by individuals using the facilities for their own practices.

6. Respectful Conduct: Users are expected to maintain a respectful, quiet, and courteous demeanour within the Venue and its surroundings during their booking duration.

7. Towels and Linen: Towels and linen necessary for the session are provided by the Venue and can be found in the cupboard of the outdoor bathroom.

8. Hygiene and Cleanliness: Users are required to maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness during and after their session. Any damages or excessive mess caused during the session may result in additional charges.

9. Booking Modifications and Cancellations: Any modifications or cancellations to bookings must be made within the specified time frame as per the Venue's policy. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in forfeiture of booking fees.

10. Compliance with Rules: Users must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Become. Wellness Hub. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
