Beatrice is passionate about supporting teenagers and adults as they navigate life’s difficulties and the impact that mental health challenges can have on their wellbeing, relationships, and sense of self. She has supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), empowering them to heal from difficult life experiences, build resilience and rediscover a healthy and authentic sense of self throughout their recovery journey.
Beatrice is a compassionate and dedicated counsellor with over seven years of experience in the healthcare industry. Throughout her career, Beatrice has gained valuable experience working in specialised roles alongside individuals with diverse neurotypes, as well as teenagers from refugee and trauma backgrounds. Beatrice believes that every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth when provided with a safe, supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic space. She is committed to building genuine, collaborative relationships with her clients, where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
Her integrative therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs of each individual. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience and live in alignment with their values.
Driven by purpose and a genuine desire to make a positive difference, Beatrice strives to be a beacon of hope and light to every person she encounters. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients as they move towards healing, renewed confidence, and a more fulfilling life.
