This four-session program is designed to help you overcome insomnia using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH). The approach not only targets sleep disturbance but also addresses co-occurring issues such as stress, anxiety, low mood, and past trauma that may be contributing to poor sleep. The first session may run up to 90 minutes to allow time for a comprehensive assessment, personalised goal setting, and an introductory hypnotherapy session. Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes each and provide tailored one-on-one support. You'll receive: * Worksheets * Personalised hypnosis recordings to reinforce your progress between sessions *Psychoeducational materials to enhance your understanding of sleep and mental wellbeing * A bonus hypnosis track for deep relaxation To gain the most from the program, it’s recommended that sessions are booked approximately two weeks apart. It is also essential that you complete a sleep diary for the duration of the program, to help guide treatment and track your progress over time.
