Well Psychology Clinic is a psychology practice offering face-to-face and online psychology services and specialised support for those who are planning to become parents, are already pregnant, or have recently become new parents, as well as individuals struggling with issues relating to trauma (in particular PTSD and attachment trauma) and grief and loss. Our areas of focus include perinatal and postnatal mental health, infant bonding, parenting, and overcoming the challenges that can occur during the matrescence journey, as well as PTSD and trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment issues. The ongoing impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic have added further complications for many along this journey. Anna Simpson is a Clinical Psychologist and as a new mum herself is passionate about supporting her clients with the challenges and adjustments associated with becoming a parent, and empowering her clients to become the person they want to be.
