Overview

Aviva has worked with a range of clients, including young children, adolescents, young adults and older adults. She has experience treating various presentations, namely depression, anxiety and stress, adjustment and relationship issues, low self-esteem, disordered eating/negative body image, and emotion dysregulation. Aviva also has a particular passion for working with children and parents/families, as well as with pregnant women experiencing perinatal difficulties. She has worked in public and private settings with individuals and groups, both in face-to-face and virtual envirnoments.
