I hold a Master of Counselling and am a Registered Practitioner with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
I work mainly as a person-centred counsellor, integrating other approaches if appropriate and helpful. Person-centred therapy is based on the philosophy that each human being is of value and has the potential for psychological change, growth and increased personal fulfilment. I will endeavour to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with you in order to help resolve whatever troubles you, and work towards finding a better way forward in your life.
My particular area of interest is neurodivergence, including those caring for neurodivergent individuals. Having raised two neurodivergent children myself, I can empathise deeply with the challenges faced by carers.
I see individuals aged 16 years and over.
