Alana, founder of Aurora Psychology, is an experienced clinical psychologist who works with children, adults, and couples, with particular interests in helping clients to improve their relationships and work through traumatic experiences.

I am a Clinical Psychologist currently working at Aurora Psychology in Doncaster. I have experience working in both public and private psychiatric and AOD services and general hospital settings. I have a particular interest in long-term Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for individuals with a complex trauma history and dual diagnoses. I enjoy facilitating group therapy programs as well as individual therapy. I also have experience working with children, adolescents and families in schools and private practice and am passionate about accurate diagnosis of learning disorders and supporting parents in parenting issues. I remain involved in academic teaching of psychology and counselling students and am a member of the Australian Psychological Society and involved in the Clinical College.
