After almost a decade running Aurora Allied Health Winthrop as a multidisciplinary practice, I made the decision last year to return my primary focus to direct client work and the development of accessible programs that support people in practical and meaningful ways. In the evolving mental health landscape, many people are seeking care that feels stable, trustworthy, and genuinely responsive to their needs. My aim is to provide therapy that helps clients feel grounded and equipped with the skills and understanding needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. My practice is trauma-informed and evidence-based, with particular experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I work collaboratively with referrers, families, and other professionals to ensure care is well-coordinated and tailored to the individual. Current service options include: • Individual psychology sessions • Group-based programs • Limited Low Cost/Bulk-Bill session times available I am currently accepting new referrals for 1:1 clients from my Melville office on the corner of Rome Road and Canning Hwy on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
