Overview
Ashleigh (Ash) is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian.
Growing up in the Illawarra, Ash developed a curiosity in understanding how to fuel and nourish her body from a young age. Ash is passionate about supporting our local community by empowering her clients with the knowledge and skills to improve their health through food.
Outside of work, Ash has always enjoyed playing sports and keeping active.
