Overview

Ashleigh is a Clinical Psychologist and a proud member of the Australian Psychological Society. Ashleigh has worked within private practice, not-for-profit, and hospital settings, providing both group and individual therapy. Ashleigh is passionate about helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their challenges to support them in achieving meaningful change. Ashleigh strives to create a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions and work towards a life that is more aligned with their values and emotional needs. She draws from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Schema Mode Therapy, tailoring her approach to suit the unique needs of each client. Ashleigh enjoys working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Grief and Loss and Trauma. She is committed to providing an inclusive, LGBTIQA+ friendly space for all. Ashleigh is available for both in-person and Telehealth sessions.
