Tracey utilises Talking Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Based Therapy, Somatic Experiencing® Trauma Therapy, and Yoga Nidra Meditation for deep relaxation - all sprinkled with simple neuroscience and Buddhist Heart/Body/Mind principles.
