Meet Antonia, a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to build a richer, more meaningful life however that may look like for them.
Antonia has experience working in healthcare across both clinic-based and community-based settings, including NDIS and Medicare services. She brings a warm, person-centred and practical approach to therapy, supporting people to better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and move towards goals that feel meaningful and realistic.
Antonia places each person’s values, strengths, goals and lived experience at the centre of therapy. She works collaboratively with clients, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Together, you may explore themes such as:
Big emotions, overwhelm, stress or shutdown
Understanding anxiety, low mood, anger, or emotional dysregulation
Communicating more clearly in relationships, families, workplaces or support systems
Implementing practical coping strategies to support psychological needs
How to set boundaries without guilt, fear or self-doubt
How to build confidence, self-understanding and emotional resilience
How to create routines, strategies and supports that feel realistic and sustainable
Antonia may be a good fit for people who are feeling overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in relationship patterns, struggling with boundaries, navigating anxiety or mood concerns, or wanting support to make meaningful changes in their life. She also enjoys working alongside people who are building independence, navigating support systems, or wanting therapy that feels collaborative, respectful and grounded in what matters most to them.
Antonia’s practice is guided by warmth, curiosity and respect for each person’s unique story. She aims to create a space where people feel heard, supported and able to take small, meaningful steps towards the life they want to live.
