Overview

Annabel is a registered, clinically endorsed psychologist with significant experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. For over fourteen years Annabel has worked as a psychologist within schools, universities, private practice and community health. Annabel has held senior positions within leading independent schools and holds medical advisory positions for community and government health organisations. In addition to her clinical experience with individuals Annabel has supported employees and leadership teams across large organisations during periods of significant change and upheaval. Annabel enjoys working with children, young people and adults. She is experienced in utilising a range of clinical interventions and therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy(CBT), interpersonal and behavioural therapies, but also narrative and creative therapies often used with children and adolescents. Annabel enjoys working with families and has a strong interest in perinatal mental health, having completed further training within this area. Annabel is experienced working with adults during significant life transitions and adults who have experienced personal trauma and loss. She works to develop sound rapport and understanding with her clients and to deliver therapy which is effective, evidence based and client-centred.
