Anna Reeves Dietitian

Anna is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician. She specialises in eating disorders, neurodiversity and disability. Anna, believes that feeling safe, heard, and supported is the foundation of good care. Her approach is gentle, non-judgemental and completely centred around you. Anna works from a weight-neutral, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed lens because she knows that real-life health doesn’t fit inside strict rules or one-size-fits-all plans. Over the years, Anna has supported children, teens, and adults with a wide range of nutrition concerns — including eating disorders, gut issues, disability-related needs, sensory differences, low appetite, complex family environments and everything in between. She helps people find ways of eating that feel realistic, comfortable and sustainable, without shame or pressure.
