Overview

Collaborating closely with clients and families, Anna follows a client-centred, strengths-based, and Neurodivergent-Affirming approach to therapy. Anna can support clients experiencing a wide range of presentations including post-traumatic stress disorder, aggression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, depression, emotion regulation difficulties and attachment-related difficulties. Anna is also passionate about supporting Autistic and ADHD folk. Anna has a particular interest in supporting survivors of family violence and sexual assault, having previously worked as a sexual assault crisis counsellor for two years. Anna has pursued advanced training in EMDR therapy, earning EMDRAA Accredited Consultant certification. Anna uses evidence-based treatments including EMDR therapy, Schema Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
