Anja's warm, inquisitive approach allows you to look within and build a supportive relationship with yourself – enabling you to successfully communicate what you want in your relationships, your career and in other areas of your life. Anja has worked with a diverse range of people across a number of clinical and holistic settings in her many years as a therapist. Her areas of expertise include relationships, anxiety, stress management and self-compassion. Anja’s strong suit lies in her capacity for empathy and passion for helping you build resilience through difficult emotions. She does this by combining her knowledge of Mindfulness techniques with tools from evidence-based treatments such Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
