Overview

Anissa is an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and their families. Anissa is able to provide interventions in gross and fine motor skill development, handwriting, sensory processing, self-care, social-emotional skills, funding reports, and equipment needs. Anissa enjoys working with families and making therapy a team approach. Anissa has experience working with children aged 0 to 18 years with a variety of physical disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Muscular Dystrophy, and Pervasive Developmental Disorders including Rett Syndrome and Angelman Syndrome. Anissa has worked extensively with children on the Autistic Spectrum along with sensory processing difficulties. She has experience with ADHA and Intellectual disabilities. Anissa is happy to provide clinic-based treatment along with school/kindergarten based therapy/consultations.
