Angus Willesee is a counsellor who takes a holistic, client-centred approach to support young people aged 12 to 25. He works collaboratively with each individual, drawing on a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to their unique needs, values, and goals. Whether a young person is navigating anxiety, relationships, trauma, identity exploration, or simply needs space to talk, Angus provides a safe, non-judgemental environment where they feel heard, respected, and supported.
With experience in crisis support, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics, Angus brings a compassionate and flexible presence to his practice. He is deeply aware of the many factors—such as personal history, environment, and cultural background—that shape each person’s lived experience. Angus also considers how his role as a male counsellor may impact a client’s sense of safety or trust, and adjusts his approach accordingly.
Angus believes that meaningful change begins with authentic connection. He is committed to walking alongside his clients—whether through brief support or longer-term therapeutic work—to foster growth, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing.
