Overview

Counselling psychology is a collaborative process utilising psychological strategies to help you address common human difficulties. I utilise the latest psychological interventions to help people manage stress, anxiety, sadness, grief, depression, adjustment to change, health problems, and interpersonal and relationship difficulties. My goal is to help you develop psychological flexibility to help you manage painful and difficult experiences, maximise your human potential and improve your ability to live a rich, full and meaningful life. Medical Professional Wellbeing: I provide specialist psychological support to medical professionals, their partners and families, including doctors, medical specialists, nurses, occupational therapists, allied and administrative staff and medical students. Bodies, Gender and Sexuality: Specialist support for all people experiencing questions, difficulties, and distress associated with their bodies, gender and sexuality. This includes people living with illness and disability, intersex people and people who identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Non-binary, Transgender, Queer and Asexual or any other sexuality or gender. Student Wellbeing and Success: Specialist support for students managing tertiary study demands, including focus and concentration difficulties. Cross-cultural Wellbeing: Support for people experiencing cross-cultural transition, living in cross-cultural relationships, and working in multi-cultural organisational settings.
