Overview

Inner Space Psychology is the private practice of Psychologist, Amit Singh. Amit provides a confidential psychological therapy service for individuals and couples aged 18 and above to better manage their anxiety, stress, depression, trauma/PTSD, drug & alcohol use, anger, self-esteem, self-compassion, grief & loss, life transitions, workplace issues and relationship problems. Amit’s aim is to improve your ability to function and cope better with everyday life. He does this by providing a relaxing therapy space where you can explore and learn how to change your thinking, feelings and behaviour. He takes an integrative approach to therapy incorporating Psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapy; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); and Existential therapy. ​ He is registered to practise with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. Amit is registered with Medicare to provide rebates and with WorkCover and NIISQ to provide psychological injury rehabilitation services. Amit provides face to face, video and phone counselling within the leafy surrounds of Mt Cotton Central Shopping Centre. Located near to Redland Bay, Thornlands, Victoria Point, Cleveland, Ormiston, Alexandra Hills, Wellington Point, Capalaba, Sheldon, Burbank, Carbrook, Springwood, Rochedale South, Daisy Hill, Loganholme, Shailer Park and Cornubia.
