Amanda Morrison is an accredited Mental Health Social Worker and offers assessment, and individual and group therapy, utilising a variety of evidence based therapies for children and adults of all ages. Amanda does assessments and works with individuals experiencing:
- Depression and other mood disorders;
- Anxiety Disorders;
- Psychosis;
- Life crises;
- Trauma;
- Other mental health concerns and
- Parenting and attachment issues
Amanda specialises in Cognitive Behaviour therapies particularly Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and is currently trained in Level 1 Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Amanda also available to facilitate groups on depression, anxiety, improving social skills and parenting issues.
