Overview

Amanda is a compassionate Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) who is motivated to utilise nutrition to enhance physical and mental health. Completing her studies in NSW, Amanda moved across to WA and has since gained extensive experience in the private practice sector in a variety of settings (community, allied health practices, GP practices, psychology practice). Her approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients to achieve long-term sustainable health and nutrition goals. Amanda advocates that healthy eating should not feel restrictive, and a wide variety of foods should be enjoyed to help nourish the body, gut, and mind. Amanda’s areas of interest and expertise include but are not limited to: • Chronic disease management and prevention • Gut health including IBS- completed FODMAP training for IBS with Monash University • Weight concerns • Disordered Eating • Mental health and mood • Women’s Health When Amanda is not seeing clients you will find her spending time with family and friends, exploring the coast of WA or taking her energetic dog on new adventures.
