I use techniques from training in remedial massage, functional cupping, craniosacral therapy, somato-emotional release, reiki, Shamanism and Yoga. Generally, I seek to find the root cause of your physical ailments, and we work together to bring your body, mind, heart, and spirit back to wellness.
You can make an appointment for an initial consult if you are brand new to my books, or a standard consult for existing clients. These sessions can include a range of techniques from bodywork, meditation, breath, and movement on, and off the treatment table.
I find great results with clients who need help with:

- Anxiety / Depression / PTSD
- Chronic pain
- Recovery / Rehabilitation
- Training support
Appointments can also be used for assistance with rehabilitation exercises as prescribed by your physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, or osteopath, and private Yoga sessions.
