Overview

I am passionate about supporting tamariki, rangatahi and wāhine, with a strong commitment to advocating for their mana, oritetanga (equity), and ensuring their voices are heard in decisions that shape their wellbeing. I also have experience walking alongside single parents and caregivers, offering a space where themselves and their children feel understood, respected, and genuinely supported. My approach is empowerment driven, trauma‑informed, and grounded in strong ethical practice. I strive to work collaboratively with tamariki, rangatahi, and whānau as they navigate complex systems, always prioritising safety, whakawhirinaki (trust), and open, empowering communication. A feminist lens guides my work, recognising how power, gender, identity, and social structures influence people’s experiences and access to support. I aim to offer sessions that feel safe, practical, and meaningful, a place where people can reconnect with their strengths, reclaim their rangatiratanga (self‑determination), and move toward a life that aligns with their values and aspirations. I am committed to culturally responsive practice and honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi, bringing an awareness of bicultural perspectives into the way I support individuals and whānau. If you feel ready to take the next step, he mihi mahana, you are welcome to book a session with me.
