Adult Counselling
Alexis provides psychological counselling for adults, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or other psychological and relational issues and concerns. She offers a service to adults to assist with a range of health and well-being issues which may include adjustment, life transitions, bereavement, unemployment, and, work-related problems.
Alexis is a qualified Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

Children
Alexis works with children: toddlers, and primary school age, who present with difficulties in learning, communication, emotional regulation, or social relations. In child counselling, a child’s communications are often expressed more freely and fluently in the context of play, than in verbal communication.
Perinatal Counselling
Alexis supports Mums, Dads, Carers and families affected by anxiety and depression during pregnancy and early parenthood.
