Alexandria (Alex) Brown Psychologist

Alex works as a General Psychologist. She has experience and training using evidence based psychological interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She works with people experiencing mental health challenges and the impacts of trauma to reprocess unhelpful core beliefs, thoughts, and memories. Alex utilises a strengths-based approach to help her clients identify and develop their inherent capacities.
