Katie O’Boyle is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and co-founder of AKtive Kids, specialising in paediatric care under the NDIS. With a strong foundation in evidence-based movement therapy, Katie delivers tailored, play-based programs that support children with neurological and developmental conditions to build confidence, strength, and independence through movement.
Katie offers mobile exercise services across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, using engaging, child-led therapy to promote motor development, emotional regulation, and social participation. She works with children of all ages and abilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, cerebral palsy, global developmental delay, sensory processing challenges, and more.
Her programs are designed to meet children where they are; whether it's climbing stairs, learning to ride a bike, participating in team sports, or building readiness for school. All sessions are goal-driven, family-centred, and delivered 1:1 to ensure each child’s unique needs are met. Katie is committed to collaborative care and frequently partners with parents, educators, and allied health professionals to deliver consistent, outcomes-focused support.
