Over sixteen years experience working in the Mental Wellbeing Industry, supporting individuals, couples, families and groups across the lifespan. Treating varied presentations including but not limited to: anxiety, adjustment disorders, bullying, behavioural issues, depression, grief & loss, low self-esteem, panic, peri-post natal, PTSD, relationship conflict, suicidal ideation, self injury, transgender, trauma.
