Jessica Doyle

Exercise Physiologist

Jess is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor's in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Master’s in Sports Coaching. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their health, confidence, performance, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise. Jess has experience working with a wide range of clients and conditions, with interests in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, paediatrics, youth athletes, and strength and conditioning. Her background in coaching and high-performance sport has helped shape a supportive, individualised, and goal-focused approach to care. Alongside her Exercise Physiology qualifications, Jess also holds certification in Clinical Reformer Pilates and enjoys incorporating functional movement, education, and long-term lifestyle strategies into her treatment approach. Outside of the clinic, Jess enjoys staying active through sport, strength training, and movement, and brings that same energy and enthusiasm into her work with clients. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering environment where people of all ages and fitness levels feel supported, confident, and capable throughout their health and rehabilitation journey.

Kaitlyn Prior

Exercise Physiologist

Kaitlyn studied a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since graduating she has worked in private practice with experience in musculoskeletal injury prevention and management, post-operative rehab, neurological rehab and management of hypermobility disorders. With a background in strength and conditioning she is also passionate about sports performance, movement efficiency and applying evidence-based methods to enhance functional capacity. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time at the beach and taking her 2 Border Collies (Pippa and Millie) on adventures.
