Abigail is a down to earth and approachable registered psychologist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Abigail is passionate about working from a client-centred strength-based approach and values the importance of building strong, trusting therapeutic relationships. Creating a safe and non-judgmental space where her clients feel understood and supported is at the heart of Abigail’s practice. Abigail draws upon extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan and in diverse settings, Abigail works collaboratively with her clients to help them build the skills and confidence to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Abigail works with teenagers from 16 years and above and with adults across all ages, tailoring therapeutic approach to the client’s unique experiences and perspectives. These include evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. Abigail is committed to empowering clients to reach their full potential and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and confidence.
