Meet Sam Colliton. We’re thrilled to welcome Sam to the Coasties Health team as our Fascia Remedial Therapist. With over 25 years’ experience in remedial massage and the health industry, Sam has a special interest in women’s health, midlife, menopause and mobility. Fascia Remedial Therapy works with the fascial system - the connective tissue that runs throughout the entire body - to help release tension, restore movement and support your body to move more freely.
