This appointment focuses on understanding what’s actually causing your back or sciatica pain through a detailed history and examination. If appropriate, treatment will be provided on the day. Your findings will be explained clearly. If further care is required, the recommended plan — including number of sessions and costs — will be discussed at your follow-up visit.
