In the very beginning of her professional practice, Vyta focused mostly on structural conditions such as Kyphosis, Scoliosis, Lordosis, muscle and nerve pain (Sciatica), body mobility and functions, but after years of researching and studying general health, has come to a mind-body integration approach; specialising in psycho-somatic treatments where stress factors and trauma plays an important role for conditions as a root cause. Vyta's passion is to understand and promote the connection between mind and body and how they impact one another. There are so many aspects to consider; physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual. And when it comes to treating various types of trauma and conditions (physical or psychological), it is important that they all be considered together.
