Victoria works with adults and adolescents to help them through difficult experiences and find meaning in order to live a full,healthy and connected life. She has a warm and compassionate approach, working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals. Victoria has a particular interest in addiction through her work in a forensic setting and also has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal issues, and adjustment difficulties. Victoria’s therapeutic approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing and mindfulness, depending on her client’s individual needs. Likely stemming from her roots in New Zealand, Victoria also has personal interest in mindfulness and the outdoors.
