General Psychologist Tamara has over 18 years of experience as a Psychologist working in private practice, hospital and educational settings. She provides mental health services to children (3+yrs), adolescents and adults. Her primary therapeutic modalities are · Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, · Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, · Motivational Interviewing, · Solution-Focused Therapy, and · Mindfulness-based interventions. Tamara draws upon Creative Child Therapy to achieve meaningful and engaging psychological therapy for children. Evan Thomas

Social Worker

Evan is a Mental Health Social Worker. He works with patients from 12 years old to adulthood. Evan is highly skilled at treating people who have experience of major mental illness, trauma and high prevalence mental health issues including anxiety and depression. He has training and experience working with people who are neurodiverse. Evan has experience working with people who have been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and intellectual disability. He found it very rewarding and is interested in doing more work in this area. Evan has provided effective treatment for people who have been diagnosed with major mental illnesses including psychotic and mood disorders, Autism, intellectual disability, depression, anxiety and ADHD. Kevin has a Bachelor of Psychological Science (hons) and Master of Mental Health (Psychotherapy) Kevin is a General Psychologist who practices from a person-centred, strengths-based position. He has worked with clients across the lifespan and with a variety of different presentations. Kevin has worked within school, workplace and correctional settings running both group and individual based intervention and facilitated discussions. Kevin draws from several evidence-based models of treatment to help clients address their presenting problems. Lyndall Evans

Lyndall Evans Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Psychotherapist and well respected expert in mental health and systemic thinking. Jasmine Koretz has completed eight years of University training and holds a Bachelor Degree, Honours, Masters and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology. She has worked in NZ and Australia providing mental health services to adults and children and assessment and diagnostic services to infants and children in the disability sector. She has worked as a Clinical Psychologist at Waikato Hospital NZ and Sydney Children's Hospital. Jasmine has also worked as a support worker, behaviour specialist, and ABA therapist. Yasmeen Ali

Yasmeen is a Counsellor with experience providing mental health services to children (3+yrs), adolescents and adults. She is a compassionate, client-centred and evidence-based clinician skilled in providing a range of therapeutic interventions including Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play (including AutPlay) and Creative Therapies.
