Taryn (she/her) is a Provisional Psychologist is a psychologist with over ten years of experience in education, including working with at-risk youth and their families to support reintegration into the education system. This experience fostered her commitment to holistically supporting people’s wellbeing and development across all areas of life.
She works with clients across the lifespan and is committed to supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, and the challenges associated with neurodivergence.
Taryn provides a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where individuals feel supported to explore their experiences and strengths. She draws on a strength-based and client-centred approach to help clients gain deeper insight into themselves and develop meaningful, personalised strategies for growth and wellbeing.
Her therapeutic practice is informed by cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. She also has a particular interest in how psychological assessments can be used to inform and guide client-centred goals and treatments.
When not at work, Taryn enjoys surfing, reading, and travelling with her family.
