Tania brings over 12 years’ experience working across community mental health, sexual and reproductive health, disability services and education. She has supported adolescents, adults, couples and families through a wide range of presenting concerns, including trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, anxiety and major life transitions. She is passionate about providing affirming support for diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in non-monogamous or "non-traditional" relationship structures, and works with an awareness of the social, cultural and relational contexts that shape wellbeing.
Tania has experience supporting clients across a range of sexual health and relational concerns, including intimacy and communication difficulties, desire and arousal concerns, desire discrepancy, sexual pain, navigating changes in sexual identity or relationships, and the impact of trauma on sexual and relational wellbeing. She also supports clients to build confidence, agency and connection in their sexual and relational lives.
She has a particular interest in working with desire and arousal concerns, exploring libido differences within relationships, and supporting individuals and couples to better understand their relational patterns and core emotional needs. Drawing on an attachment-informed lens, Tania supports clients to make sense of the “blueprints” that shape how they experience themselves and others, creating opportunities for more authentic, connected and satisfying intimate relationships.
