Overview

Regain Balance Counselling, Health & Wellbeing Sue is an integrative and evidence based mental health professional offering a counselling, health and wellbeing service based in the Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu Peninsula regions of SA. As a Level 3 ACA registered counsellor, I continually strive to help clients regain their overall mental, emotional and physical health and wellbeing. I strive to guide and support my clients in finding the balance and confidence they need to manage stress, anxiety & depression, improve health, wellbeing and relationships.
