Side by Side Therapy provides integrative play and creative therapy for children and families. With over two decade of experience, Anita specialises in working with children from two to 18, purposefully combining evidenced-based interventions with play, games, and creative arts-based therapeutic modalities to promote growth, early intervention and healing. Side by Side also offers a range of options for adults. We offer, and have advanced training in, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), EMDR, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy and interpersonal psychotherapy.
