With over 20 years’ experience in clinical and organisational settings, she has professional strengths in supporting academic and career success, coaching and leadership development, and life-stage development. With over 7 years’ experience working in the education sector, Disability Services, private practice and not-for-profit organisations, she has professional strengths in psychological counselling, positive behaviour support and learning differences. She is a registered psychologist with a Master qualification in Educational and Developmental Psychology. With over 3 years’ experience working in the education sector, child development services and providing in-home clinical services for children and families, Aisling has professional strengths in psychoeducational assessment, psychological intervention and facilitating systemic supports. She is described as reliable, knowledgeable and diligent. Ms Emma Doran

Emma qualified as a Registered Nurse for people with learning (intellectual) disabilities in the UK before moving to Australia in 2009 to work as a Senior Clinician with Queensland Government. Over the course of her career in the UK and Australia, Emma has held clinical, training and leadership roles in services for people across the lifespan who have complex health, behavioural and mental health support needs. Emma has worked with people who are subject to Restrictive Practices and is registered with the NDIS as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. Emma is passionate about taking a holistic view during each step of the assessment, planning, implementation and review process and works within a person centred and human rights framework to empower the individual and support them to reach a place of self-determination. Emma’s areas of interest include the impact of health status and / or sensory difference on an individual’s behavioural presentation and quality of life, culture as a protective factor within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and the development of individualised and culturally appropriate positive behaviour support strategies. Emma is a clinical supervisor to core, proficient and advanced Behaviour Support Practitioners, regularly engages in reflective practice and professional development activities and is currently studying Human Services with a focus on Positive Behaviour Support at Charles Sturt University.

She is a registered psychologist with extensive experience and qualifications in organisational psychology. With experience working with people of all ages in a variety of settings, she has professional strengths in psychometric assessment, developing positive working relationships, and facilitating quality outcomes. Joanne is described as values driven, agile, and a skilled communicator. She is sensitive to each individual situation and has exceptional attention to detail. Joanne provides assessment and therapy for people accessing support through WorkCover.

Ms Martina Vignando

Martina Vignando believes that connection, self-care and balance are essential to live a rich and meaningful life. She is a registered psychologist and a registrar in clinical psychology. With experience working with teens, adults and families in a variety of settings including private practice and Headspace, she has professional strengths in cognitive behaviour therapy, developmental psychology and the treatment of eating disorders. Martina is described as supportive, passionate and warm. Martina’s experience has involved working with: *Anxiety, depression and stress *Complex mental health conditions *Eating disorders, and *People with a disability wanting to develop their social skills and community engagement. Martina also offers diagnostic assessment for: *Adult ADHD, and *Adult Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Martina is an AHPRA registered psychologist who completed her training in Australia. She provides online therapy to Scope clients all over the world with a variety of online appointment options to suit international time zones. Martina is also fluent in English and is happy to undertake therapy in your choice of Italian or English.

Renee believes in building positive relationships. She is a registered teacher with qualifications in psychology. Renee is also an accredited Circle of Security facilitator and a Secret Agent Society facilitator. With years’ of experience supporting students from Prep to Year 12 and youth-at-risk, she has professional strengths in supporting clients to overcome social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. She is described as dedicated, passionate and nurturing. Renee’s experience has involved working with: - Enhancing parent-child communication and relationships - Responding to challenging behaviours - Social skill development for people with Autism Renee is passionate about helping each person to experience success. She is deeply committed to the social and emotional wellbeing of individuals.

Ms Vidya Pachipala

Psychologist

Vidya is a skilled and experienced psychologist with several years experience in private practice. She has professional strengths in providing therapy for neurodiverse children and teens. In addition, she provides therapy for children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, bullying, and social isolation. As well as supporting young people, Vidya provides education about cyber safety and parenting. She is described as a compassionate psychologist who believes in building a healthy therapeutic relationship based on active listening and genuine empathy. Vidya currently provides psychological treatment for Scope clients who are accessing therapy privately, or through a Mental Health Care Plan or GP Referral. She also supports participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme with both therapeutic supports and assessment services. “I am passionate about working with people and supporting them in their life journeys.
