- In the event that your proceduralist is unavailable due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to allocate another proceduralist and update you via SMS text message. - You may get a call to come in at an earlier or later time if there have been cancellations or staff changes - You must complete your intake form as soon as possible to ensure your appointment has been confirmed - You must read the information booklet (link provided in your confirmation email) prior to your procedure which includes pre and post-care instructions.
