MS Shorough Khafaji Counsellor (Registrar)

Hello friends, This is Shorough from Advance Counseling. I am bilingual, speaking both Farsi and Arabic, and I'm based in North Strathfield, Sydney. Drawing from my own experience as a refugee, I am dedicated to supporting our community as they navigate cultural and societal challenges to find their sense of belonging. I hold a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling, and my passion is helping individuals achieve their goals. As a practitioner sensitive to religious considerations, I focus on the well-being of my clients, ensuring all aspects of their needs are addressed. In my therapeutic practice, I encourage clients to explore at their own pace. I am committed to being a client-centered and trauma-informed counselor.
