Shannon is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about providing a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy to help clients to overcome difficulties and develop rich and meaningful lives.
Shannon has experience working in the public sector in both inpatient and outpatient settings with a range of presentations including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, psychosis, bipolar disorders, trauma and PTSD.
Shannon has a particular interest area in working with clients with eating disorders and complex trauma and enjoys working with individuals with emotion regulation difficulties or borderline personality disorder.
Shannon is trained in a range of evidence based treatments including; Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), CBT-E (Enhanced for use with eating disorders), Schema Therapy, DBT and Trauma based therapies.
