Sarah is a registered psychologist (prov.) with 6 years’ experience working within community mental health and wellbeing - in various countries. She has worked alongside a variety of presenting issues, diagnosis, demographics and has a proven ability to transfer her knowledge into practical form. Her approach is client
centered, holistic and problem resolving.
With a forward moving lens, Sarah is passionate about guiding others to thrive and flourish through adversity, to build resilience, to make beneficial changes and to learn how to choose a healthier sense of wellbeing day by day.
Sarah’s motivation is to explore interpersonal relations and relations with the self for client understanding and adjustment for a more fulfilling future. She is genuine, with natural empathy and curiosity and is driven to support those in need, with a particular interest in what makes us unique but also in what brings us together.
Sarah’s modalities include, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) Person Centered therapy, Schema Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
