Cleo Burke is a registered psychologist, with a masters degree in educational and developmental psychology. She has experience working with families, children and adults with a wide range of presentations. This includes developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, rare genetic conditions, mental heath conditions such as anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder. Her master's dissertation focused on parents’ experiences of raising twins with developmental disabilities, including varying levels of ASD. Cleo carries this holistic approach across to her counselling, adapting a number of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to deliver a tailored client centred service.
